Hello, my name is Laura Juliano, LCSW. Welcome to Pathways Therapeutic Counseling Services, LLC in Glastonbury, Connecticut! Are you experiencing stress, worries, and anxiety? Are you struggling with your mood or looking to improve your health and well-being? To better the relationship with yourself and others? I can help. Level up with Laura! I work with adults and young adults 18+ to provide a friendly, safe and caring environment to encourage growth. I implement research based strategies (such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT) along with a holistic treatment approach. I fit well with people that are not shy to express what challenges they are experiencing and open to making changes! I believe that mind and body work as one. I regularly incorporate mindfulness tools into sessions. I will also work with you to explore the "why" behind behaviors in order to make improvements, feel your best, and reach your goals.

I am a specialist in Anxiety, Stress, Phobias, OCD and Panic Disorders. I also help people with various other concerns, such as: Mood Struggles, Adult ADHD, Adjustment/Life Transitions, Interpersonal Conflicts and Self-Esteem Issues. I also have a specialty in working with Young Adults, College and Graduate students, Professionals, High-Achievers, Professors, those in the Medical/Healthcare field, as well as those that are navigating a new job endeavor!

MY PHILOSOPHY

You are looking for happiness in your life. But in order to experience happiness and peace, we must first have the courage to face our issues and fears. I have an engaging and down to earth, genuine, collaborative approach. I implement multiple research-proven therapy techniques to help transform stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles and interpersonal conflict into joy, freedom, and connectedness.

If we are living in the past, that often brings a depressive feeling. If we are living in the future, that often brings an anxious feeling. I can help you to learn how to live in the present to find your peace, strength, happiness and purpose. Whatever your goals may be, I will partner with you to take steps to accomplish them! Therapy can help you find the support, guidance and accountability that you need to no longer feel stuck, find clarity, and move forward!  As human beings, we all struggle. Healing is when these struggles no longer control you.
